Creating And Recreating Your Personal Marketing Vision
With Angela Lloyd, Jill La Fleur, Caroline Tran And Yvette Roman
The day will begin with a captivating experience with a storyteller, Angela Lloyd. Renowned wedding planner Jill LaFleur will follow with a discussion about the power of collaboration between photographer and wedding planner to tell the story of the client. Guest photographer Caroline Tran will share how she uses social media as a narrative to connect and stay connected to her clients. Lastly, photographer Yvette Roman will share her self-discovery experiences with rebranding her business by collaborating with a graphic designer to carry out a shared vision of a complete visual chronicle.

A Portfolio Survey
With Elizabeth Messina And F. Ron Miller
Art Director/Graphic Designer F. Ron Miller will offer a different perspective, from outside of the wedding/portrait industry, on the power of content and presentation in your portfolio. Photographer Elizabeth Messina will then share her experience with creating images for the sole purpose of building a vast and ever changing portfolio, and then utilizing her website, blog, albums and other online and print media to promote her work. After lunch, participants will share and discuss their own portfolios.

The Final Product: What Remains
With Angela Lloyd, Bryan Johnson, Brandon Lower, And Wanda Wen
Storyteller Angela Lloyd will be back with inspiration, and closure. Photographer Bryan Johnson and Graphic Designer Brandon Lower will discuss their unique approach to the importance and details of presentation. Author and Owner of Soolip Paperie, Wanda Wen, will talk about her new book, The Art of Gift Wrapping, and reveal how packaging final products to your client, whether it’s an album or print order, can elevate your business. Bring images, marketing materials or anything that you would like to wrap! We will provide lots of materials so you can explore different presentations that will fit your brand.
